What we collect
- Your quiz answers (selected options only — never free text), used solely to build your movement plan.
- Your email address, used for sign-in links, purchase receipts and, if enabled, daily reminders.
- Your session progress (which program days you completed and how they felt).
- Documents you choose to upload (such as blood-test results), stored privately and visible only to you and, where you request a review, an assigned reviewer.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never send your quiz answers, health selections, or uploaded documents to analytics or advertising platforms.
- We never make your uploads publicly accessible.
Analytics
We use product analytics (PostHog) and, where configured, the Meta Pixel to measure how the product is used. These receive event names and internal identifiers only — never your email, quiz answers, or any health information.
Your choices
- You can turn reminder emails off at any time from your Profile or the unsubscribe link in any reminder.
- You can delete any uploaded document from the app.
