This page explains, in plain language, how the health-related information you give us is handled.

Quiz answers

Your answers are stored as selected options (never free text), used only to build and adjust your plan. They are never sent to analytics or advertising platforms.

Safety screening

If the safety check pauses your plan, we store only a yes/no flag — never which conditions you selected.

Documents you upload

• Stored in private storage under random identifiers; there are no public links.
• Visible only to you and, where a review happens, the assigned reviewer.
• Openable only through expiring, per-person access links.
• Deletable by you at any time from the app; deletion removes the stored file.
• Every staff access to a document is recorded in an audit log.

Full deletion

To delete your account and everything in it, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Deletion removes your quiz data, progress, and uploaded documents.
